Hannah Tümpel
I feel at home in Berlin, London and Paris – I was able to lead multicultural teams in organisations in all three of these cities through the good times and the not so good times. Ich have seen organisations draw strength from conflict and others that seem to fear it. I am a qualified mediator and lawyer, and I am always interested in asking what works when how and why. I appreciate good questions being asked, and I work towards better understanding and clarity. I love bringing people together for conversations, for new ideas and projects, and to work for a better world.

Dr. Greg Bond
I grew up in the UK and have lived in Germany for more than thirty years. For many years I held a leadership position in the public sector. for more than fifteen years now I have been working as an independent and certified mediator, and as a coach and trainer with a large number of very different organisations and people, in Europe and around the world. I enjoy working internationally, and facilitating conversations. I ask questions and I offer structure, staying flexible and curious. And always very pragmatic.
ABOUT US
We have different backgrounds. Greg studied German language and literature, and Hannah law. And we have a lot in common. We both work as mediators, and we both have master’s degrees in mediation and conflict management.
Greg, a Brit, had leadership responsibility at a German university, and Hannah, a German, worked in the UK as the managing director of a large international education provider. We have experienced different organisational and conflict cultures, and in our mediation work we encounter diverse conflict situations.
It was mediation that brought us together – we met nearly twenty years ago at a large international educational event on mediation for students from around the world, at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. And since then our paths have crossed again – and again.
We believe that our different perspectives complement each other. We enjoy working with people, and with each other. We want to offer people with leadership roles and responsibilities opportunities to reflect on their approaches to conflict. This is why we developed our workshops.
