Registration is via the registration form on this website or simply by email, specifying the workshop selected and including an invoicing address. Registration is then binding.
If our workshops are already full, we will inform you and ask you if you wish to be placed on a waiting list.
You will receive an invoice for the workshop by email, and upon payment of the full sum you will be entitled to participate. If the invoice is not paid by the stated due date, then participation cannot be guaranteed.
If your plans change and you cannot participate, you can cancel free of charge up to four weeks before the start of the workshop, and we will refund any payments made. After this date, there is no guarantee that we can refund payments, but we will do our best to offer you alternative dates or find other solutions.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops that are not sufficiently booked, or to suggest alternative dates. If no alternative date is workable, then we will refund payments in full.
By registering and participating in workshops you agree to comply with confidentiality provisions, in that you agree not to pass on names or other personal details concerning other participants to third parties.
Journeys to and participation in our workshops are at your own risk. We are not liable for accidents or theft.
Our use of your personal data is compliant with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GSPR). We use your email address to send you information about workshops and to inform you about further offers. At any point you may request that you are removed from any mailing lists.
By registering for our workshops you agree to these terms. Should any of these become invalid, the other terms remain in force.
